#1: Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

– Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

– Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

– Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

– Communicate with public services when necessary

– Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

– Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

– Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database

– Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/Corporate Rate

– Prepare of Monthly expense report

– Received in coming phone call , Keep good relation with the client of company

– Perform any other tasks as necessary or assign by Manager

Job Requirements:

– At lease University student any major, or equivalent experience required

– Desired Candidate Profile

– Have some experiences in  Admin field or longer is preferred

– Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation

– Good organisational skill and strong attention to detail ability to manage multi-stage process

– Good verbal and written communication skills in English

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced changing environment

– Computer skills with Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and E-Mail

– Some knowledge with IT or Telecommunication Industry

#2: Software Developer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of  software development and maintenance of the web application.
• To contribute all aspects the web application interface design, programming, throughout integration and release maintenance
• Create quality source code thoroughly
• Use common development tools such eclipse, debuggers, profiling tools, source control system

Job Requirements:

• At least Year 3 ( 3rd year ) university students in Information Technology or equivalent by experience.
• Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Laravel, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and Javascript. 
• Smart and Fast Learner, Love to write programs
